Very sketchy information on this one, but one picture is worth a thousand words.  Worth looking for on Pinch Creek.  Billy Redden Falls On Pinch Creek Raleigh Co.  I believe there was a mill here at one time.  Recent information and a look at the map indicates a fairly level trail into Pinch Creek from Glade Creek.  Directions to trailhead:

"*A high clearance four wheel drive vehicle is recommended for this road; be prepared for steep terrain, tight switchback curves, and muddy conditions.

Take Grandview exit 129 off I-64. Turn south on WV Route 9. Travel 0.5 miles toward Little Beaver State Park (junction with WV Route 307 in 0.3 miles). Turn left onto unmarked gravel road (just before Fire Tower Road). Follow this road down to Glade Creek (about one mile). Cross the bridge for trailhead parking." (From NPS website).

Once here follow the Glade Creek Trail.  From the map it looks like a decent into the Glade Creek basin just at the point where Pinch Creek comes in.  How far up Pinch Creek the falls are is unknown but a line drawing distance on a map shows it will be 2.5 miles or less to find these falls.

Exit I 64 at Exit 133 and go east on CR 27 all the way.  At the Pluto Church, do a hard switchback to the right and it's a total of about 1.7 miles to the GPS coordinates above, which will take you to the end of the road.   You will need to bring an ATV to get down this road.  You can only drive so far.  Once at the end, you are on your own.  I can't seem to get any more definite info, but if you stop at the first home (trailer) on your left going in, there's a biker guy lives there who will tell you how.  He offered to take me back in there, but I just didn't have time that day and it was getting dark.  Have an adventure and report back if you make it.
