Oglebay Park Falls on Waddles Run Road

This is not an extremely impressive waterfall, but it does have some personality.  I recommend seeing this waterfall during a wet period.  The very short walk from the parking spot up the creek is easy, and at low water, you can walk right up to it.  It's probably no more than 10' tall and falls into an almost grotto-like space.  I shot from the right as I faced the falls, to keep the sky out.  Lots of moss growing on the shelf below the falls.

From the Schrader Center, take the Falls Vista Trail (0.5 mi).  Trail deadends at an overlook.

From I-70, in Wheeling, take exit 2A and turn right on US 40 (National Rd). Drive approximately 0.5 miles and turn left on Bethany Pike (WV 88). Drive about 1.0 miles and turn right on Waddles Run Rd. Follow Waddles Run Rd. for approximately 1.6 miles and continue straight at the fork onto Falls Dr.

At the fork in the road, on your left, you'll see a pull off spot.  The creek runs under the road through a culvert at this point.  The falls is just up stream from here.

Here's a map, but it's not very good.  The location is almost off the  map at the bottom left where it says Falls Entrance.  This should be real close to the pull off - 40.092202, -80.659973
