This isn't really Brushy Fork, but it is a nice cascade that empties into Brushy Fork right where the two meet. It's at a bridge crossing on WV 38 about 14 miles from Phillippi and about 11 mile from the intersection of WV 38 and WV 72 in St. George. Room for several vehicles in a roadside pulloff across the street from the falls.
