Not a particularly impressive waterfall and the graffiti on the bridge is not very impressive either but a nice swimming hole and a fair amount of parking as well.
From WV 92 at Newburg, W.V. exit onto Water St. going west. Take the next right on Morgantown Ave. then the second left on Market St. (CR 33). Drive 1.2 miles and turn right on Independence Rd. (CR33) and drive for 0.1 miles and turn left on Independence-Victoria Rd/John Orr Rd. (CR33/11) and follow for 2.5 miles to the bridge over Three Fork Creek and park. Falls are just below the bridge.

In Gladesville, West Virginia 26374 is the intersection of Gladesville Rd. and Independence Rd. (CR-33) with Gladesville Rd. and Fairview Rd. (CR-33/3). Follow Fairview Rd. for 2.1 miles and go left on Jr. Walls Rd. (CR-33/13) for 2.4 miles to a crossing at Three Fork Creek. Falls are under the bridge. This is a local swimming hole.
