Minden Rd. Falls is right on the side of the road. You would think that would make it easy to find, but it's kind of hidden back in an overgrown grotto and if the water is not running, you won't hear it either.
From WV 16 in Oak Hill (Main St. East), just east of the overpass on US 19, bear left on Minden Rd. (CR 17) and follow for about .03 mile. Just after you go under the WV 16 overpass, it will be on your left. The GPS coordinates above are ball park, but should be really close.
