If you follow CR 22 from Mason Branch you will find Bucklick Branch, but it's shorter and easier from the other end at Peter's Creek.
From Peter's Creek, follow CR 22 east for several miles back to a switchback where the road crosses the creek at GPS (38.240078, -81.022542). Continue past the creek crossing to a road off to the right. It's pretty rough, but once you go down, there will be an opportunity to turn to the right and there's a large area where you can park and walk the rest of the way down to the river, to the main falls.
