Park across from the New River Access and Boat Ramp.There is a building with a big parking lot.. Walk in behind the building and into the woods to access the rails.
Hike upstream on Piney Creek around two miles on the RR tracks. You'll see the falls on the left. It will require crossing Piney Creek. The edges are very wide so you wouldn't have to be on the tracks themselves. Piney Creek will require waders or wet wading. Logan Beach Image.
