From the intersection of Elk River Rd. (US 119) and N. Pinch Rd. (CR 47) in Elkview, WV, turn onto N. Pinch Rd. and follow for 1.9 nile and turn left onto New Hope Rd. and drive for 0.3 miles. Turn right on Upper Pinch Rd. and follow for 0.5 miles to a roadside falls at a bridge that crosses the creek. This is on private property but there's room to pull off. I don't think you will want to get in the creek here so you'll have to be satisfied with viewing from the roads edge.
