Hominy Falls is located about 15 miles southeast of Mt. Nebo, W.V. but if you would rather not take winding back roads, head over US 60 East from US 19, and take WV 20 north into Leivasy. From the intersection of First Street and WV 20 in Leivasy, WV 26676, head south on WV 20 S toward Brushy Meadow Cr Rd (0.4 mi). Turn right onto Hominy Falls Rd/Old Nicholas Rd. (CR 13). Continue to follow Hominy Falls Rd/Old Nicholas Rd 1.9 mi. Turn right onto Old Nicholas Rd 0.1mi where the road crosses Hominy Creek. The falls is below the bridge. There is parking roadside above the falls just before the bridge and a path into the woods from there. The road to the right after crossing the bridge does not seem like a good idea for creek access, as it is all posted and it's obviously someones private property.
